Assessment Overview

Every report contains a summary of assessed themes, available scoring options, and, if specified in the anonymity settings, a list of participants.

3

Feedback Summary

A summary of evaluated themes, organized from highest to lowest scores, indicating their distribution and any associated targets.
Follow-up reports also include the results from a prior assessment.

4

Self-Reflection Quick Scan

The self-reflection of the test subject is compared to the collective feedback from all participants. Automatically generated observations highlight significant discrepancies.

5

Feedback scores

The average scores for each participant group are presented, accompanied by a detailed breakdown for each question.

This example is taken from an anonymous report, that exclusively presents scores categorized by participant group. If multiple individuals are assigned to a category, it is not possible to derive individual scores.

6

Feedback scores

This example is taken from a non-anonymous report. It showcases the average scores for each participant group, along with a detailed breakdown of individual scores.

In Follow-up reports, scores from previous assessments, represented by black dots on  score bars, are compared with the latest feedback to effectively illustrate progress.

7

AI Analysis

With our Pro pricing plan, you have the opportunity to leverage Artificial Intelligence to help analyse feedback scores. The AI-driven insights offer valuable information and save time, facilitating more productive discussions about the feedback received.

8

Elaborations, development tips, & open questions

For each theme, any elaborations provided by the feedback providers are included, along with responses to open-ended questions.

If you opt for our Pro rate level, you will also have the opportunity to integrate development tips and reflection questions.

9

Group analysis

A group analysis combines data from multiple individual feedback reports (such as those from team members or a group of managers), highlighting joint qualities. The report presents collective average scores with each theme and identifies individuals whose ratings fall outside the standard deviation: indicating positive and negative deviations.
