Competency library

Competency library for 360º feedback

If your organisation has its own competency library, you can easily integrate it into our system. If not, no worries. You can use our standard competencies listed below or let us develop a customised competency library just for you.

If you do not have your own set of competencies, 360feedback.app offers a library with 33 competencies to choose from. You can select the competencies that best align with the role of the individual being assessed. These competencies are versatile and can be applied across various industries. The statements are designed to be general yet descriptive of specific and observable behaviours.

The competency library comes in a variety of languages including English, German, French, Spanish, and Dutch. You can use the competencies as they are in our tool or tweak and enhance them to suit your specific needs.
Does your organisation need customised competencies? Or do you want a second opinion on an existing questionnaire? We are here to assist:
