We all have blind spots in our self-perception, from unconscious habits to hidden strengths. That's where 360-degree feedback comes in handy, helping you pinpoint blind spots and focus on areas for growth.
Our easy-to-use tool enables you to gather feedback from your professional circle - manager, colleagues, clients. How do they perceive your behaviour and skills, and what recommendations do they have to offer? The responses are compiled into a comprehensive report, enabling you to compare your own perceptions with those of others. This comparison helps you see where you may have underestimated or overestimated yourself in different areas.
We provide a comprehensive selection of 33 standard competencies for you to choose from, allowing you to select 5 that best reflect your professional focus. Within each competency, you'll find a series of statements designed for both self-assessment and gathering feedback from others. Rate each statement on a scale of 1 to 5, and your respondents can also offer recommendations with every theme. Additionally, you have the option to include up to 5 open-ended questions to encourage detailed feedback from your respondents.
You can invite 5 respondents for your feedback assessment. For each participant, you indicate the category (manager / colleague / employee / external relation). Following this, our system will automatically send instructional emails containing a unique link to the online questionnaire to each participant. We kindly ask that participants complete the questionnaire within a 7-day timeframe. In the event of non-response, reminders will be sent on the 7th and 10th days, and you will be promptly notified of any delays. If participants do not respond despite our reminders, we will contact you. You can then decide whether to have a report processed without the input of the missing participant(s) or to suggest alternative participant(s).
You will receive your report once all participants have responded. In the report, your self-assessment is set off against the average score of the other respondents. This way, you can see at a glance where you may underestimate or perhaps overestimate yourself. The feedback from your participants is not anonymized. With every competency, you can see exactly who provided each score, explanation, or recommendation.

Your feedback report will be sent to you once all participants have responded and will include:
