Explore various configurations and options, try out the assessment procedures, and monitor the automated tasks. Test the procedures that your staff or clients will have to go through. Create a range of demo reports and perhaps involve additional parties in the testing phase.

We'll take another look at your evaluation profile(s) to ensure everything is tailored to your preferences. If you have any additional insights after the testing phase, feel free to share them. Once your profile is fully configured, you'll receive immediate clarity on the pricing per report. The costs are determined by the features you require and the number of participants per assessment.

The minimum purchase is 5 assessments, allowing you to start small. For instance, you can opt for 20 Premium credits that are valid for one year. Buying in larger quantities qualifies you for extra discounts. Upon purchase, a quotation and a Data Processing Agreement will be provided. By signing this agreement, you authorise us to process personal data of your employee.

You don't have to initiate all your feedback assessments at once, of course. Your credits remain valid for up to one year after payment, allowing you to manage them gradually. We are here to assist you in kickstarting the process if needed and address any queries from your participants through our helpdesk. If your credit runs out, simply place a new order.
