Our services are subject to general terms and conditions. They are part of the agreement we enter into with our clients.
Our clients are ultimately responsible for the personal data of their employees or customers. Ontwikkelplanner acts as a so-called 'processor' of personal data when it comes to the use of our software. We require permission from clients for the processing of date. This permission and the conditions for processing are documented in a 'Data Processing Agreement', in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and is part of the agreement we enter into with clients.
In addition to obtaining consent from clients for the processing of personal data, we also request consent from individual system users. This is required by the GDPR, as we base the legal basis for processing personal data on this. Everyone who uses our feedback software must agree to a Privacy Notice when logging in for the first time, in which we describe, among other things, which data is processed, how long the data will be retained, who can access it, and what the rights are of individual software users.
