New: AI-analysis of 360º feedback

When it comes to 360º feedback, interpreting the scores is essential. What insights are hidden within those numbers, and what do they truly represent? This task can be quite challenging, even for seasoned HR professionals. We can assist you throughout the process using artificial intelligence.

How does AI analysis work?

A simplified summary of the process: When generating a feedback report, we send anonymized scores for each participant category to an AI engine. The engine analyzes the results for each statement and provides a summary of approximately 200 words per theme, along with suggestions for interpretation.

While this AI analysis does not replace the expert advice of an HR professional, the generated passages offer valuable and, most importantly, time-saving starting points for meaningful discussions about feedback scores.

The AI analyses are available in Dutch, English, German, French, and Spanish as part of our Pro pricing tier. There is no additional cost for this feature; however, you must first activate it in your assessment profile(s):

GDPR proof?

We do not share any personal data with the AI engine - no names or information that can be traced back to individuals. Consequently, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) does not apply to this process. Therefore, the Data Processing Agreement we established with your organisation does not need to be modified if you choose to activate the AI option.
