Group analysis: assess collective qualities
An individual feedback report serves as a valuable tool for personal growth. However, its effectiveness is enhanced when applied to a group setting to assess collective qualities. This can be particularly beneficial when evaluating the combined capabilities of a department or the competencies of all managers.
Our feedback tool allows for the consolidation of individual feedback reports into a comprehensive group analysis. By presenting average scores, it becomes possible to track development trends and establish measurable performance goals.
A standard deviation provides insight into the variation of scores around the average for each competency. A low standard deviation indicates close agreement among responses, while a high standard deviation suggests a wide range of opinions. Identifying individuals who fall outside the standard deviation for each competency can highlight those whose scores significantly differ from the group average.
