Tips for 360-degree feedback

Automated assistance for analysing feedback

Do you find it difficult to interpret feedback scores? Not sure what to focus on exactly? Our feedback reports feature automated observations: objective insights designed to aid in the interpretation of scores.

These observations serve various purposes, such as identifying instances where a test subject's self-assessment significantly differs from feedback received from others, highlighting deviations in scores among specific participant groups, indicating progress based on previous assessments and pointing out variations within specific categories.

Some observations are positive in nature, acknowledging growth, while others may be more critical, such as instances where self-ratings significantly exceed those of other participants. Clients have the option to choose whether to include both types of observations in the report or focus solely on the positive aspects.

With a total of 14 potential observations available, we only emphasise 'significant' deviations, while minor differences are not highlighted. These observations serve as excellent starting points for discussing feedback reports.
