What is a Group analysis?

A group analysis combines data from multiple individual feedback reports (such as those from team members or a group of managers), presenting joint qualities. The report shows collective average scores with each theme and identifies individuals whose ratings fall outside the standard deviation: indicating positive and negative deviations.
