Is there a minimum order quantity or spending requirement?

For Basic sessions (for personal use), there is no minimum. You have the flexibility to purchase an individual assessment without any further commitments.

For Premium and Pro sessions (which offer customisation and branding options for businesses), we do require a minimum purchase of 10 credits/assessments. In exchange, we will:

• incorporate your branding into the system,
• set up a custom organisation URL with a security certificate,
• provide training and support,
• and answer any queries from your participants on your behalf.

Please note that Premium and Pro credits have a limited validity period and must be utilised within a specified timeframe to avoid expiration. For orders of up to 80 assessments, you can initiate them within 1 year of payment. Orders exceeding 80 sessions can be initiated within 2 years of payment.
