Is it safe to provide feedback online?

Our software is hosted on ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 compliant servers. When providing feedback through our tool, your communication is securely encrypted using an SSL connection.

When participating in one of our assessments, you will log in using a unique link and password. The scores and explanations you submit are encrypted and transmitted to our server via SSL, similar to online banking transactions. You can identify a secure SSL connection by the URL starting with https.

If you are an administrator, you will log in with 2FA, receiving an additional access code on your mobile device for each login.

Feedback reports are automatically generated by the software, but they are not stored on the server, ensuring that reports cannot be obtained through a server breach.
