How many respondents (feedback providers) can I add per assessment?

That depends on which rate level you choose.

  5 respondents at a Basic assessment (for personal use)
10 respondents at a Premium assessment (business use)
20 respondents at a Pro assessment (business use)

Do you have assessments where you need to involve more than 20 respondents? This is possible with the Pro level: for every 20 respondents, 1 Pro credit will be deducted from your balance. If you request feedback from 40 respondents, we will deduct 2 Pro credits from your balance (for 2 x max. 20 respondents).
